For Henry, it still hasn't clicked that it'll even be an issue. Part of him naively thinks that as long as they're keeping it under wraps for other reasons (namely her husband, but also the fact that it falls in that gray area about interdepartmental dating - technically she is his boss) it won't have any impact on their work. He life is already so intertwined with the SBPD anyway, between his history and now Shawn, it almost makes sense that he'd fall in love there.
